Refund Policy

We offer a conditional Refund Policy. When you hire a bot on supervisa.io to search for a consulate appointment, you specify the exact dates for which the bot will search for an appointment. You may only request a refund if the bot has not already confirmed an appointment on one of these dates. After an appointment has been confirmed, you are no longer eligible for a refund. We will attempt to contact you via phone, text, or email when an appointment has been confirmed.
We cannot refund 100% of our booking fee because a percentage automatically goes to the card processor. If we do issue a refund, we will refund the full amount minus the card processing fee.
Refund Eligibility
You are NOT eligible for a refund in the following situations:
- A consulate appointment has been confirmed under your name.
- Your visa application is denied for any reason.
- You need to cancel your appointment.
- You need to reschedule your appointment.
- You no longer want or need to submit your visa application.
- You cannot make it to the consulate on the day of your appointment.
- Your visa is approved but you cannot or will not travel, for any reason.
- You cancel your trip.
- You are not eligible for the visa you will apply for.
How to Request a Refund
If you are eligible for a refund, please submit your request by email to hello@supervisa.io. Please reference your booking ID in the subject line. If you do not know your booking ID, you will find it in the booking confirmation email we sent when you made your purchase. In the message, please indicate the reason for your request and we will settle the case within 48 hours.
Service Guarantee
If we are unable to fulfill the service you purchased, and fail to confirm a consulate appointment for you, we will issue a full refund, minus the card processing fee, on the day following the last day of the search window specified by you when making the booking, unless requested earlier.
